Debt Negotiation & Settlements

Stop avoiding your creditors

Are you stressed because you owe money to someone and can’t pay them what they want when they want it? Tired of explaining your situation only to have the creditor shut you down, threaten you or tell you “I don’t care!”?

Whether you owe one creditor or 40, you’ve got two options:

  1. we can teach you how to communicate with the people you owe in ways that get results, or

  2. we can communicate with your creditors on your behalf and come up with a workable plan to get your debt resolved.

You may have a vendor who is refusing to deliver goods and services you need to keep your business open. Fears are running high and it’s hard to see a clear path that’s a win-win for you both. We can coach you through your fears so your conversation is stronger, more compassionate and focused on solutions that help both companies stay financially viable. Through coaching, you learn skills to handle future creditor conversations without avoidance or stress.

You may have a single creditor – like a student loan provider, a mortgage company or landlord, a friend or family member who lent you money, or someone who owes YOU money. Maybe your emotions are preventing productive conversations with them. In times like these, it may be easier to have a professional negotiate for you, to keep emotions in check and arrive at a stronger agreement.

Maybe you owe a slew of creditors and you’re trying to work things out with them and avoid bankruptcy. Maybe you don’t want (or can’t qualify) to file bankruptcy. Or maybe you want a solution that doesn’t involve credit consolidation or a “debt management plan.”

Every case is unique. Some of our services are done on a retainer basis, some are done for a flat fee. Email me the details of what’s going on with your creditor(s) and I’ll let you know if we’re a good fit and whether your case is one that qualifies for a flat fee, or would be done on a retainer basis.

Getting creditors to work with you when you’re in a tight financial spot may be easier than you think.
